Seems like a Chelsea fans hangout. Accordingly, perhaps, they tend to $15 for watching PPV games. Got Guinness though.
I once saw my national team play England here, surrounded by English fans who were seemed more unsettled as the game and beers proceeded. England fans are not famous for being gracious losers (surprising as they do get to practice that quite often). Fortunately my team improved the atmosphere by promptly losing the game.
